The ‘Villa Elite’ is set in a 3-acres estate – amidst fruit trees, flower beds, cedar tree-lined private driveway, art studio annexe. It has a commanding view of the Himalayas, mountain ridges and valleys. The location is renowned for the forest walks, sunsets and night lights.
Double-occupancy rooms, with ensuite bathroom and most having space for extra bed, are fitted with modern amenities. The villa has three bedrooms, lobbies, living and dining areas, and it is crafted in local stone-wood and appointed to patrician tastes. Guests' also have exclusive access to the sit-outs, lawns and terraced garden.. |

Lean Season:1st January – 31st December 2023 [the entire year]
3. Meal Plans and Additional Charges (for double
occupancy): Rs. 500 - Continental Plan (CP, also
inclusive of breakfast); Rs. 1500 - Modified American
Plan (MAP, inclusive of breakfast and one meal lunch or
dinner); and, Rs. 2500 American Plan (AP, inclusive of
breakfast and two meals).
4. One child below 6 years of age sharing the bed with
parents is Free. For older and additional children, the
'Extra Bed' Charges will be: Rs. 1500 (EP), Rs.
1750 (CP), Rs. 2250 (MAP, and Rs. 2750 (AP).
5. Check-in and check-out time is 0900 hrs, and early
check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
and may be chargeable.
6. Cancellation charges will be 50% of booking amount
for cancellations any time before 72 hours of scheduled
arrival and the full booking amount for cancellations
anytime later, no shows or early check-outs.
